• By using the website, the user agrees to these terms and conditions.
• The Company reserves the right to make changes to this document at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.

2. Product Description and Pricing

• The Company offers environmentally friendly paints (interior, exterior, functional coatings, and primers).
• All prices are indicated in Georgian Lari (GEL).
• LLC “Leon X” reserves the right to change prices unilaterally without prior notice.
• Price Guarantee: If the product has already been purchased and the price changes before delivery,
  the customer will not be required to pay the difference and will receive the product at the confirmed order price.

3. Orders and Payments

• Payments are made in non-cash form via TBC Bank (TBC Fleet payment system).
• An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate information:
  • Full name
  • Address
  • Phone number

4. Delivery Terms

• Delivery service is available only within Tbilisi.
• Delivery fee within Tbilisi is 20 GEL.
• Delivery to regions of Georgia is not available at this time.
• Upon delivery, the customer must check:
  • Product condition
  • Quantity

  in the presence of the courier.

5. Return Policy

• Due to the nature of paint products, returns are accepted only for:
  • Factory defects
  • Unopened and undamaged products
• Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days from delivery.
• Proof of payment is required for returns.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website (texts, logos, product names, design) belongs to LLC “Leon X” or its partners.
• Unauthorized use or copying is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not responsible for technical issues on the website.
• The Company is not liable for damages caused by:
  • Improper use of products
  • Violation of storage conditions

8. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation.
• If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Georgia in accordance with applicable law.
